You’ll need strong project management skills to ensure that creative work is completed on time and within budget, along with an ability to juggle multiple projects.

You should have a proven track record of project delivery and a minimum four years experience in a similar role, property experience would be preferable but if you have the core competencies it’s not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and be responsible for a select portfolio of clients, both large and small, delivering marketing services and winning campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Maintain quality of all agency communications with the client – writing creative briefs, contact reports, project plans and weekly status reports as relevant. Create quotes (supplier and client), purchase orders and manage billing and forecasting. Manage the client expectations, identifying and managing scope change as required.
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standard with close attention to detail and within allocated budgets and timeframes, ensuring resources are used effectively and operating with high levels of professionalism at all times.
  • Work with the Account Director to take an active client facing role to build strong, profitable relationships and be the daily ‘go to’ for clients.
  • Daily liaison and relationship building with creative / internal teams to see projects through from conception to delivery.
  • Ensure timely management of multiple projects by using strong project management skills.
  • Develop expert knowledge of marketing practices and apply understanding to client business processes.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of clients business and individual product performance.
  • Work with the Account Director to develop client action plans to identify new business opportunities, sell them in and maximise account profitability.
  • As required, supervise junior members of the account management team and support all members of the team.

  • Demonstrate creative and proactive thinking and make decisions within authority.
  • Work effectively in all situations – completely unaided both within the design team and in collaboration with other departments.
  • Have the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload, multi-task and adapt to changing requirements.
