Current Vacancies:

We are seeking an experienced and gifted Senior Designer with a positive attitude and proven track record to join our design team. You will have strong experience of working in an established design agency environment and have a holistic approach to branding. You will also have a passion to create beautiful considered work propelled by exceptional thinking, the best typography skills and the ability to inspire great design and ideas. You must be willing to work as part of a cohesive team and have the ability to nurture and take responsibility for your own work.

Design for property is an advantage but not necessary, however a desire to work as a team and create beautiful work is essential.

Role Description:

  • You must have a flair for generating original conceptual ideas and be able to provide well considered creative design solutions.
  • As part of the branding process have the ability to design for web.
  • Good communication skills are essential as you will be required to convey concepts and ideas effectively to the development team as well as taking responsibility for providing continuous direction to artworkers and developers when required.
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail, while ensuring that consistency is upheld throughout a project.
  • A strong understanding of various print processes, print finishing and digital print systems is essential.
  • A good sense of commerciality is key for being able to push the creative boundaries whilst answering client briefs.
  • You must be able to challenge briefs to add value where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the development of design strategy and concepts, ensuring all assets are designed to the highest standard and within allocated budgets and timeframes.
  • Take responsibility for your designs by overseeing and advising your peers during the development process, including briefing other team members, with particular attention to consistency.
  • Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure the work is being carried out to the highest standards, giving appropriate design advice and highlighting areas of success and improvement.
  • To help develop and direct more junior members and support all members of the design team and ‘act up’ when required.
  • Attend and contribute during conference calls or face-to-face meetings with the client.
  • Provide the Sales and Account Management team with support where required.
  • Have a good understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the design industry including being aware of new trends, being active on social media creative outputs, printing techniques etc.

Personal skills:

  • Ability to be creative while understanding the requirements of a corporate environment.
  • To have due-diligence and ownership with your work whilst not being precious.
  • Demonstrate creative and proactive thinking and make decisions within authority.
  • Work effectively in all situations – completely unaided both within the design team and in collaboration with other departments.
  • Have the ability to manage your time and prioritise your workload, multi-task and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Follow company processes and recommend appropriate changes to enhance working practices.

Experience and qualifications:

  • Educated – preferably to degree level or an equivalent qualification in design.
  • Have minimum 8 years experience in an established design agency environment.
  • Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite – primarily InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Sketch, Craft or InVision advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of branding and it’s value.
  • Conceptually led thinking and exceptional typography skills a must.
  • Experience of implementing and ensuring compliance to brand guidelines.
  • Fully conversant with all stages of the print/publication production process.
  • Knowledge of website design (Responsive web design and multi-touch devices, UX, UI).
  • Basic photography skills, HTML/coding experience, illustration and animation are a plus.

You’ll need strong project management skills to ensure that creative work is completed on time and within budget, along with an ability to juggle multiple projects.

You should have a proven track record of project delivery and a minimum four years experience in a similar role, property experience would be preferable but if you have the core competencies it’s not essential.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and be responsible for a select portfolio of clients, both large and small, delivering marketing services and winning campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Maintain quality of all agency communications with the client – writing creative briefs, contact reports, project plans and weekly status reports as relevant. Create quotes (supplier and client), purchase orders and manage billing and forecasting. Manage the client expectations, identifying and managing scope change as required.
  • Ensure all work is delivered to the highest standard with close attention to detail and within allocated budgets and timeframes, ensuring resources are used effectively and operating with high levels of professionalism at all times.
  • Work with the Account Director to take an active client facing role to build strong, profitable relationships and be the daily ‘go to’ for clients.
  • Daily liaison and relationship building with creative / internal teams to see projects through from conception to delivery.
  • Ensure timely management of multiple projects by using strong project management skills.
  • Develop expert knowledge of marketing practices and apply understanding to client business processes.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of clients business and individual product performance.
  • Work with the Account Director to develop client action plans to identify new business opportunities, sell them in and maximise account profitability.
  • As required, supervise junior members of the account management team and support all members of the team.

Are you passionate about social media and online communication? Do you have experience managing, developing and delivering social media strategies for your employer and clients? Are you currently responsible for developing and implementing multiple social media strategies?

We are looking for a Social Media speacialist with a passion for communication to join our digital team. If you are a fantastic communicator and have the drive for curating fresh, accurate and engaging content across all social channels using brand-appropriate tone of voice, this could be the next role for you.

The role:

  • Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Use tools to manage multiple social media channels.
  • Growing our clients social media channels through legitimate social media marketing practices, and maintaining its performance.
  • Plan content and its delivery regularly, with a target outcome in mind.
  • Develop a social media strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
  • Develop and manage competitions and campaigns to promote an organisation and/or brand.
  • Creating online multimedia content and assets to support social media activity, including, but not limited to: gifs, infographics, blog articles, photographs, etc.
  • Analysing, interpreting and reporting on social media activity.
  • Copywriting other written assets produced by the company, in addition to social media copy.
  • Proofreading copy that will be used on assets produced by the company.
  • Collaborating with other team members in various client projects to deliver a unified marketing solution.

The candidate will have:

  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in social media marketing, developing and managing social media accounts for a brand and/or multiple clients.
  • Experience working with a scheduling social media tool.
  • A track record of growing and managing engaged social media communities.
  • Experience working with paid social media.
  • Be a creative individual who likes thinking outside the box.
  • Be independent and self-motivated with their work.
  • Extensive knowledge of key social media platforms, automation/scheduling tools and analytical reporting and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Be flexible/adaptable in your approach to weekend campaign monitoring.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills to produce social media assets as required.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Good team collaboration skills.

Preferred, but not necessary:

  • Knowledge of general SEO practices.
  • Photography skills.
  • Video editing skills.
  • Experience presenting ideas and reports in front of an audience.
