Berkeley adopt the Avatar plan |
Berkeley have been getting their property brochures off to a flying start recently by commissioning Avatar Creative as their design agency to reproduce all their brochure floorplans.
Avatar’s dedicated floorplan service converts architectural planning information into marketing/brochure ready drawings, complete with furniture, dimension arrows and room names as required.
Leanne Johns, Marketing Manager at Berkeley Homes, has been using Avatar’s service for the past 12 months. “I have been consistently impressed with Avatar Creative's output, in terms of the speed of turnaround and their professionalism,” she says. “We have been able to minimise the number of amendments and reduce the number of drafts considerably. Avatar provide a highly cost-effective service and work very efficiently with our other agencies; I would thoroughly recommend them."

New website is blooming marvellous |

Redesigning the site completely, we combined some charming copy with captivating images, all within a format that is both classic and contemporary. Building a new e-commerce capability into the site will enable Martyn to sell online for the first time since he arrived in Windsor, 25 years ago. And of course, providing the opportunity for him to blog about his latest inspirations and most memorable creations ensures the site continues to stay fresh.
