The ability to cross/up-sell would be ideal.

Experience with quoting and managing budgets essential.

Confidence to spot and manage scope change a must.

The management and delivery of multiple websites, of various sizes, simultaneously is a possibility so the ability to juggle multiple tasks is essential.

SEO, PPC and Google analytics focused coupled with website maintenance.

We are looking for an individual was a passion for both SEO and PPC, whether that be in delivery in one or both, or simply the day-to-day passion for hitting Google analytics goals.

While we are looking for an analytical genius, the ability to turn in-depth technical knowledge into plain English is essential, therefore a great telephone manner is required. This is an office-based role but on some occasions customers come to us for meetings so you must be willing to share your knowledge face-to-face.

Along side this other responsibilities will also include, creating monthly SEO and PPC reports for the customer coupled with answering any technical questions they have on the report.

Experience discussing and setting up analytic based goals against company targets is ideal.

The right candidate will be able to manage both clients and suppliers confidently to produce quotes and manage budgets. The ability to spot scope change as well as seek out potential new work is a must.

The role will also include website maintenance for existing and new customers. This will include, technical tweaks therefore liaising with suppliers to complete the work as well as managing telephone questions and support which may arise.

We are therefore seeking a multitalented individual with the knowledge and experience with a range of different CMS platforms. An understanding of how to resize images and advise the customer accordingly is essential.

An understanding or passion for social media and its benefits to customers and Avatar would be ideal. Initially this would be for Avatar with a long-term reach to offer this to customers.
